Tips for posing

It is important to find the pose which suits the model and the situation best.

- relax your body and your eyes too. If you are upright and stressing, you're not going tov get the shot;

-Angle one shoulder toward the camera and place weight on the back leg will make you look slimmer;

- Lean forward from the waist (toward camera) is more flattering than leaning away from the camera or backward;

- Remember that you need to use all your facial muscles to have the right expression. Practice in front of the mirror and understand the feeling of an expression so can later replicate it;

- Using props like a cup of coffee can help to solve the common issue ‘what to do with hands’
